Guaranteed acceptance of the appraisal report

Erkende Taxateurs.nl guarantees that the appraisal report will be accepted by any financier in the Netherlands. In the event that the appraisal report is not accepted for some reason, you will of course be entitled to a free reappraisal.

But chances that the appraisal report is not accepted are virtually nil, since it meets the requirements of every mortgage lender in the Netherlands:

• All our appraisers are members of one of the professional organizations LMV, NVM, VBO or RVT.
• All our appraisers are listed in one of the appraisers registers, VastgoedCert (NRVT, CRMT) or SCVM.
• The appraisal report will always meet the requirements of the latest housing finance appraisal report model, as determined by the liaison committee for mortgage credit institutions CHF (Contactorgaan Hypothecair Financiers).
• Our appraisal reports are also accepted for financing backed by the national mortgage guarantee scheme Nationale Hypotheek Garantie (NHG).
• The professional who is appraising the property always knows the area extensively and never appraises outside a 20 km radius (12.5 miles) of their place of business.

Because our appraisers always comply with these five points, you can rest assured that the appraisal report will always be accepted by the financier of your choice.
